•   Q: I was considering Easy Uploader, but how do I implement it? Do I have to have a web page on my site for uploading?
  A: No, you don’t need to create any web pages to use Easy Uploader. When you install the script, you will have the chance to visually create your upload form which you can use to upload files. You will be able to add additional fields to the form such as email address, name, address or anything else that you like. To begin creating your form, login to your Easy Uploader control panel and select the “Uploading form creator” option. 

•  Q: Is the upload form only capable of containing and handling upload fields?
  A: No. As mentioned above, Easy Uploader is more than capable of handling a wide range of field types. With Easy Uploader, you can create complex and dynamic forms with fields such as text boxes, radio buttons, check boxes, text areas and more. You can even create custom lists for world countries and U.S. states.

•  Q:What's new in version 3?
  A: Version 3 now supports private forms which require each user to login to their own personal account from where they can post data, upload files and view/manage the files that they have uploaded which all is done through an easy to use File Manager. With version 3 of Easy Uploader, you don't just have an upload system but you also have a professional and elegant member only area. The public upload form and all other features which were available before version 3 are still available.

•  Q:How can I view/manage the files and data that's been posted by my visitors?
  A: With Easy Uploader, you can view, edit, delete and search files/data posted by your visitors very easily. To do so, login to your Control Panel, select "Upload Files" and then select "File Manager". From here, you will be able to manage all the files and data uploaded by your visitors.

•   Q:How do I customize the upload form to match the style and design of my current website design?
  A:  If you would like to customize the Easy Uploader form to match your current website design or even if you would just like to tidy it up, you can do so by going to "Uploading Form Creator" and then "Form Setting". From here you will be able to add your own header and footer and customize the style of the upload form.

•  Q:Are there any limits in the size of files that can be uploaded and can I set this?
  A: There are absolutely no limits on the size of files that can be uploaded by your visitors, however, you can set the maximum upload size through the Control Panel if you wish.

•   Q:I would like to make the upload form private so that only logged in users can upload. How can I do this?
  A: With version 3 of Easy Uploader, you now have the ability to make your upload form private and only accessible to users who have registered and logged in. If you would like to do this, login to your Control Panel and select "Uploaded Files" and then "File Manager". From here, uncheck the "Public Form" box and this will make your upload form private.

•  Q: What technical support do you provide, if any?
  A: When you purchase a license for Easy Uploader, you will be entitled to 1 year's worth of free email support and free application upgrades.
